This is one of the primary sources I used to learn how to design and build a system, as practically and quickly as possible... The website associated with this book has great easy to use tools from solar irradiance tables, to an app for determining what you need for your particular off-grid project. (You get a 10 page report from this one!)

The 2019 Edition assumes no previous knowledge of solar electric systems. The book explains how photovoltaic panels work and how they can be used. It provides a step by step guide to successfully design and install a photovoltaic solar system from scratch.
